Shirley Marie (Painter) Moore, 67, passed away on October 15, 2024, in Louisville, KY. She passed peacefully, surrounded by her family.

Shirley was a lifelong lover of animals, especially her beloved cats. She will be remembered for her fierce honesty and compassionate heart.

She is survived by her husband, Bill Moore, and her three daughters: Brandi Thompson and her husband, Chris Thompson; Shannon Moore and her fiancé, Ian Carr; and Ashley Moore and her fiancé, Dylan Hawley. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Gabriel Thompson, Olivia Thompson, Harper Ward, and Easton Ward.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Mahaley Virginia Painter and David Painter, and her sister, Betty Wheeler.
